Designed to fit and mold to the shape of your foot. Made on an exclusive SAS foot shaped last. SAS Tripad® Technology provides long-lasting all day comfort. Initial fit should be wide enough to stay very comfortable across the ball of the foot yet roomy enough in the front so the toes are not cramped. The heel should fit gently inside the heel area and be cushioned by the collar while walking.
SAS CoolStep™ Footbed: Our CoolStep™ removable footbed is designed to keep your foot dry and comfortable all day long. The anti-friction top cover inhibits heat providing a cooler surface underfoot. The bottom layer wicks away moisture while cushioning each step. SAS CoolStep™ footbeds are antibacterial and washable for a healthy foot environment.
TRIPAD® Technology: Comfort system that provides shock-absorption and support to the three main pressure points of the foot: inside ball, outside ball and heel.
SAS Foot-Shape® Last: This special last follows the natural shape of your foot, providing all-day comfort while giving plenty of room for your toes.
SAS Cradlefit™ Heel: Specially constructed to cradle your heel and cushion your foot during your routine walking cycle.

Although we offer exchange and refund, all shoes being sent back must meet the requirements listed below.
Exchange and Refund requirements:
* Items must be unused, unworn, and in brand new condition.
* Items must be in their original packaging and should include any accessories provided at the time of purchase.
* Proof of purchase (receipt).
* Items must be returned/exchanged within seven (7) days of receiving the products.
Return Process:
We can’t accept returns that we haven’t had an opportunity to start, so please don’t send your items in without contacting us. Once we’ve received your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. We’ll also respond with instructions on how to send your package.
Please allow at least thirty (30) days once we’ve received your return to process it! We will notify you by email when we’ve finished inspecting it and have had an opportunity to accept your items.
Shipping:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item sent is incorrect or faulty.Please note that shipping, handling, service charges, and any applicable tax are NON-REFUNDABLE.
